Trans rights activists and media artists founded SFTFF in 1997 to address the censorship of authentic media depictions of our lives, the lack of opportunities and barriers we faced as media artists, and our passion for uplifting the beauty, power, resilience and wisdom of diverse trans media artists and communities.
